Saturday we went to East Potomac Park in DC. It's a peninsula in the Potomac. Other than the walking path being occupied by fishermen and debris from high water, it was a nice place. We brought a picnic and taught Jack some new things on the playground. He's really getting big...and fearless! Oh, and he has decided to call Josh and me "mom" and "dad". Good thing Henry's still a baby.Josh says he could have joined the fishermen if he only had a pair of black socks to go with his sandals...

Yes, I'm posting a picture of myself with no makeup, but isn't it adorable?
I'm pretty sure he's the cutest baby ever. At least the cheesiest anyway. He has already learned to put on the big smile when the camera comes out.
I don't have a picture, but our Saturday concluded with a date night! We had a babysitter come after the boys went to bed and met some friends in Adam's Morgan for a yummy dinner and a great band. We felt terribly old among all the cool college kids, but had a good time with fun friends.
