Josh found out this morning that he's being promoted to Technical Sergeant!! Last year (his first try) he missed it by just a few points, but this time his scores were at the top. So, we're quite proud of him!! Of course he won't actually put it on for almost a year (yes, that means the pay raise won't come for a year...), but it's still very exciting :). Yay, Daddy!!
And some more good news...we were just told our request to delay Josh's deployment by a couple weeks so he can make it to Kauai has been APPROVED!!! The ever-efficient Air Force took almost 4 weeks to decide, but it's finally done...thank goodness! What a nice day this is turning out to be...I think we'll have to go celebrate tonight :).
