G and G Post Weekend

Bob and Maureen came out for a fall visit and to take care of the kids while Josh and I enjoyed a special overnight in Denver.  They loved, loved, loved the constant undivided attention.  They're so very lucky to have amazing grandparents.  Pretty sure they couldn't count the number of games played...from dolls to legos to Candy Land.
Grandma brought a fun Pinterest crayon project.  It was a hit!  Although I didn't get a picture of the final product.  They're hung and admired in their rooms.
Grandpa and Jack went alone to Target and came home with lots of goodies.  Including this rocket.  Funny how it never gets old to them!
Uhhh, not sure what they're looking at here, but it could get pretty high.
More loot...this cool green bug.

Goodbye hugs.
...with her precious pumpkin.
Pre-Great American Beer Festival...Richard and Josh needed a plan.  With 2700 beers, a plan is a must.
SO much fun with great friends.  This was technically Josh's 30th birthday present from me.  He's wanted to attend GABF for years. Richard scored a great hotel right across the street.  Good food, drink and company! Probably gonna have to be a yearly thing now.
We met a very charming Scottish man.  He snuck us some of his special beverage.  We'll just say it was nice and warm and perfectly Scottish :).

Classy pretzel necklaces.  You should have seen some of the food necklaces people came up with.  Ours were very understated in comparison.
Cam and Steven were there too!
This is Sam from Dogfish Head.  Unknown to many, but brewery royalty in my humble opinion.  Yes, there's a bit of a crush there.
