Henry's 4th Birthday

Our little man turned four on November 11th.  Unbelievable! Remember the sweet baby below?  Seems like yesterday.  Here he was proudly showing pictures to his friends at his school birthday celebration.  We talk about who he was during each year of his life.  Normally I bring printed pictures, but forgot...thank goodness for technology.
Day one.

Treats with friends a big girl baby sister.

Sooooo excited about his new bike! Even more excited for my parents and Grandpa to celebrate his special weekend with us.

Little eskimo ready to go watch brothers ride bikes in the bitter cold.

Silly girl won't stop scratching her nose.  We're talking blood all over her crib daily.  Unfortunately the band-aid idea didn't help but left it more irritated.  Weeks later now, we discovered a less bothersome bandage so hopefully it'll heal.

Jack got an early birthday present too.  A bike that fits!  We thought they'd have fun learning together while the weather is still decent.

Henry thought this was absolutely hysterical.  Sorry dad, had to post :).

So very proud of him!  He just took off and did it!  Amazing.  We had tried no training wheels many months ago, but he just wasn't ready.  We took them to a flat part of the neighborhood since our house is on a hill.  Shortly after this though he rode to the mailbox which is up our hill.  Guess he just needed to work up some extra confidence to make it work.

Painting a birthday table cloth with new paint brushes from the Pedrons.

Our unfinished basement comes in handy on cold days when a boy wants to ride his new bike in shorts.

Dancing to Iphone tunes with grandma.

Waiting for a table with Great Grandpa.  It's so great he's able to travel to join us for these occasions.  Lucky :)

Listening to us serenade him.

He chose a Christmas themed birthday.  Why not?!

Love this excited face.
