Easter

Henry keeping an eye on our dye-making.  I didn't plan very well this year, so they were a little disappointing in my opinion.  I heard of some neat new techniques this year that we'll try out next year.
They took the job very seriously.  And were so patient...a lot of waiting.

The end result.  We used turmeric, blueberries, red cabbage and spinach.
Practically since day one, Nora has loved being read to.  She still does.  Nearly giggles when we say the word "book".  But, she has recently learned to turn pages and this is now all she wants to do.  Makes getting through a book very difficult.  But, she's happy.
Heading out for the big egg hunt.  See that hole in Jack's little knee?  UGH!  People told me this day would come, but I guess I didn't take it seriously.  Nearly all his pants are holey.  Even new ones...doesn't take much.  And yeah, they're obsessed with rain boots.
Oh no, we've found them all??
Nope, there's more!!
Kiko waiting patiently for the silliness to end so we can get back inside.
Henry chatting with Grandma on the way to church.
A lovely brunch at The Margarita at Pine Creek.  Perfect day to sit outside! This is the restaurant our farmer's market is attached to.  They do a small but delicious grill menu on market days, but we've never actually eaten in the full restaurant.  A treat for sure!
A nice woman offered to take our picture.  Unfortunately it was way too sunny.
No luck with getting a shot of all three of them, but the attempts were funny!

Their attention spans are so very short.
Despite the incredible weather, we were the only ones sitting outside for most of our meal.  So we let Nora crawl and explore.  She was absolutely filthy in her pretty dress, but happy not to be confined to our laps.
Assessing its climbableness.
