Deep Creek Lake

We went on a little weekend getaway with our friends, the Sellers, to Western Maryland this weekend...a place called Deep Creek Lake. It was such a good time! We rented a nice house and enjoyed lots of cute shops and restaurants. The weather was less than wonderful, so the guys were only able to snowboard for a couple hours, but they still enjoyed themselves. Jack and Ethan got along so well. I was hoping Jack would really start walking after watching Ethan, but no such luck. The most he's gone is about 8 steps. I really think he knows how, he just doesn't want to. He's in too much of a hurry! He's so much fun right now though, he never stops talking, is always happy, and is incredibly curious about everything.

Of course the sun started shining as we tried getting a family photo.

Jack was NOT a fan of being so bundled up! He could barely move, poor guy.

Maybe Ethan is telling Jack to not be afraid of Elmo here.

This is exactly how I spend half my day...with Jack pulling on my ankles. This time it was Josh trying to make breakfast with two little guys!

Getting them to pose was nearly impossible. This was the best of about 30 tries.
